Come learn about the sport of foxchasing! At this clinic, you’ll practice riding cross-country in beautiful Owen County hunt country. We have options for jumpers and non-jumpers. Western riders welcome!
All riders will practice safely riding in the open as part of a group, and will encounter hills, open fields, wooded trails, and a water crossing. Jumps (2′ to 2’9″) are optional.
Experience a stirrup cup before you ride. During lunch, learn more about foxhunting etiquette, attire, tack, and more from Camargo Masters and experienced members. The Camargo Huntsman, Katherine Gunter Weathers, will talk about foxhound training and breeding, and will bring one or two of our award-winning Camargo foxhounds.
